Prices

All prices quoted on www.kurls.se are included in the VAT and set by default in SEK, Swedish Krona.

Return

You have a 14-day right of return on your purchases if the item is not in use. The right of withdrawal takes effect from the day you receive the item.
All original packaging must be included in the return if any seal must not be broken. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. kurls.se does not cover return freight and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ship the goods safely and in good condition. We recommend sending returns with tracking capability.
To make use of the return, the packing slip must be sent with the order number sent back in the package. From receipt of the package, it may take up to 1 week for the refund of the payment to be processed. The amount is returned via the same means of payment and it is not possible to get a refund to another means of payment.

Warranty

When you shop on kurls.se, you have 12 months warranty. If you believe that a product has significant defects, you can send an email to our customer service contact@kurls.se.

The right of complaint does not cover if one is dissatisfied with the lack of results when using the products.

Data protection

Customers’ data provided by kurls.se is used only for purposes for which the data is delivered, for example, for correspondence with the customer. Data is stored for 5 years and stored encrypted.

As a customer of kurls.se, you have the right to gain access to what data we have registered about you, and you may object to this, in accordance with the rules on the processing of personal data.
